A. Kelly Williams, Director
Mr. Williams is one of the founders of Milestone. He is also one of the founding partners of Meyer, Knight & Williams, L.L.P., a full service law firm located in Houston, Texas. While Mr. Williams was practicing law, he specialized in small- to middle-market mergers, acquisitions and sales, including technical and complex tax planning for such transactions. He has handled both private and public transactions, both as a seller representative and buyer representative. He has been the primary negotiator for numerous business transactions representing buyers and sellers of companies.
Mr. Williams holds an accounting and finance degree from Texas A&M University, a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law and a Masters in Taxation (LL.M. Taxation) from New York University.
