Jeff Donaldson, Vice President
Jeff is Vice President of Milestone Venture Group, a private equity mergers and acquisitions firm. He has nearly 10 years of real estate, lending and financial experience. Prior to joining Milestone, Jeff was the Senior Underwriter for Southwest Guaranty, Ltd., which is a small balance commercial real estate lender that is a portfolio company of Milestone. His prior experience includes credit and risk analysis, real estate loan portfolio management and surveillance, financial modeling and financial statement evaluation.
Jeff holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. After graduation he joined Bank United, which subsequently became Washington Mutual Bank, in their real estate lending group. He also worked in portfolio management for GEMSA Loan Services, LP, which is a joint venture between two of the largest real estate companies in the world, GE Capital Real Estate and C.B. Richard Ellis.
